Sword Dance
December 3, 2017 - We were so honoured to be able to perform our sword dance at "A Touch of Wild" - an event by Adedance Productions in support of Save Our Street Dogs.

November 19, 2017 - And we celebrated our year-end party with a rainbow of colours! So much fun and laughter, we really didn't wanted it to end.
April 30, 2017 - Our annual gala event in support of the Lupus Association Singapore themed "Cabaret" was a sold out success, raising a total donations of more than $12K for the charity.
In 2016...
November 20, 2016 - A super fun time we all had at our annual year end party - Hafla of the Angel Stars! Good Persian food from Shabestan, lots of lovely dancing, door gifts, sure-win lucky draws, best dressed game and oh my, my favourite bear surprise! So much fun we all had together, it's simply indescribable. :)

November 15, 2015 - Our annual Hafla event themed, "Flower Power - The Freedom to Dance". And like last year, we held it in the most cosy and fun manner at the lovely Shabestan Persian Restaurant located in Robertson Quay. It was a memorable afternoon filled lots of laughter, belly dancing, and good food. And not forgetting our best dressed contest with prizes sponsored by our very own fashionista Ariel Yeo from Y-Moda, and our sure-win lucky draw with Top prizes sponsored by loveliest Dr Juliana Latif.

August 14 & September 13, 2015 - Year 2015 marks 50 years of nation building for Singapore, the little red dot. And so we celebrated this jubilee year in the colours of our flag, with our red and white double veil dance at Shabestan Persian Restaurant located by the Singapore River. It was a lovely night of dance, good food, fun and lots of laughter! We were also happy to perform this number for the Down Syndrome Association on September 13.

November 16, 2014 - We always like themed parties, oh well, at least I do! Hafla of the Persian Cat was such a fun and funny party! Lots of bellydancing, good food, and most importantly happy times together!
July 25, 2014 - We don't need a reason to party. And so, we brought our Samba fusion bellydance item to liven up the Singapore River! Oh and we performed for the Singapore Heart Foundation Golf Fund Raising event on that same night too!

April 24, 2014 - The lovely dancers from The Bellydancers' Course 2014 came together to make our very own "Chocolate Almond Dates coated with dessicated coconut", as part of our effort to help raise awareness and funds for the Lupus Association Singapore. These dates were sold out in a flash during our "Lights Up!" event on the April 27 at Hotel Re! And together with the yummy Baklava sponsored by Shabestan Persian Restaurant, the VIP dining vouchers sponsored by Levant Middle Eastern Restaurant, the Almond cookies sold during Chinese New Year and some cash donations collected during the event, we raised a total of $5,928 for the charity. The amount may be small but most importantly we hope to raise awareness of Lupus so more able people will come forward to help this patient-led patient support group.
In year 2013...
November 2, 2013 - It's Deepavali and we had a belly good time dancing at the Lions Home for the Elders. To add to the Middle Eastern flavour, the girls served the folks delicious chicken sharwama from Levant. And a lovely way to end this sweet afternoon, we donated a total of S$800 to the home.
In year 2012...
December 16, 22 & 23, 2012 - We had a merry little Christmas... Our Christmas shows at the newly open Star Vista Mall in Buona Vista with everyone's favourite magician and fire artiste, Danny Koh! So much fun it was with little "princesses" joining us in bellydancing!
November 3, 2012 - A day which we remember fondly... An uplifting, debut performance by the dancers from "The Bellydancers' Course 2013" for the members of the Lupus Association Singapore at The Singapore General Hospital.
October 20-21, 2012 - It was a wonderful opportunity of work and play from the bellydancing ladies in Penang, Malaysia. Angelina Tay performed at the beautiful seaside dining, QEII Penang and conducted a weekend of workshops - Oriental Dance Dream - comprising Oriental, Modern, Drum and Cane dance choreographies and in the midst of her busy schedule, she managed to squeeze in some delicious local tidbits. Thank you Pei Fen Teh for organizing the event!
